Do I need Twilio to send SMS with Pingram?
No. Pingram includes fully managed SMS infrastructure. You do not need Twilio, Vonage, or any other SMS provider. Pingram handles number provisioning, A2P 10DLC registration, and carrier compliance internally.
What is A2P 10DLC and does Pingram handle it?
A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) is a regulatory framework required for business SMS in the United States. Pingram team handles your A2P 10DLC registration and compliance after you upgrade by getting your business and use-case information and submitting it to the carriers. No separate registration process needed.
How much does SMS cost with Pingram?

Does Pingram support MMS (picture messages)?
