- Open Extensions and search @mcp pingram, or start from the GitHub MCP Registry listing.
- Install Pingram, trust the server, and sign in with your dashboard account.
- In Copilot Chat, switch to Agent and ask it to send a test email or check delivery. Canada and EU accounts should use their regional MCP URL.
Claude.ai
- Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- Enter `https://mcp.pingram.io` (or your region’s URL below).
- Sign in to Pingram when prompted.
ChatGPT
- Add a custom MCP connector in ChatGPT settings.
- Use `https://mcp.pingram.io` (or your region’s URL below).
- Sign in to Pingram when prompted.
Cursor
- Install the Pingram plugin from the Cursor Directory or Marketplace.
- Sign in to Pingram when prompted. Canada and EU accounts should use their regional MCP URL.
- The same plugin works in Grok Bot. You can still add the server URL in mcp.json.
OpenClaw
- In chat, ask OpenClaw to add `https://mcp.pingram.io` (streamable-http + OAuth).
- Ask it to list Pingram skills and let you choose which to install.

01Which AI apps can connect to Pingram?
VS Code and GitHub Copilot (install Pingram from the GitHub MCP Registry), plus Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Cursor, and OpenClaw (ClawBot). In Cursor, install the Pingram plugin from the Cursor Directory or Marketplace and sign in. The gallery install uses the US server. Canada and EU accounts should switch to their regional URL. The Cursor plugin also works in Grok Bot.
02Do I need an API key?
No. You sign in with the same Pingram account you use in the dashboard. The AI client never sees your password.
03Which server URL should I use?
Use the MCP server in the same region as your Pingram account: mcp.pingram.io for US, mcp.ca.pingram.io for Canada, and mcp.eu.pingram.io for EU.
04How do I disconnect?
Remove the Pingram connector in your AI app’s settings, or sign out of the MCP connection from the client. You can also revoke access from your Pingram account security settings.
05Can the agent use another account?
Yes. Ask it to list your accounts, then operate on a specific one. Every tool except List Accounts and Create Account accepts an optional accountId from List Accounts. Without it, the agent uses your first account.
