Pingram Roundup - 2026 Week 41

Check whether an email or SMS was sent, delivered, or failed without loading the full log. GET /logs/status/{trackingIds} takes up to 25 comma-separated tracking ids and returns each tracking id, the channel (EMAIL or SMS), the status, and the time that status was recorded. Unknown ids are omitted. Recipients, phone numbers, user ids, and request bodies stay off this response.

The same call is logs.getDeliveryStatus in the SDKs and pingram logs status on the CLI. The Pingram connector uses this lookup for delivery checks.

Each entry looks like { trackingId, channel, status, updatedAt }, with status values such as SENT, DELIVERED, or FAILED. A log that is still ingesting is omitted until it can be read. Full request and recipient details remain on Get Logs by Tracking IDs. See logs.

Unsubscribe page language

The unsubscribe page follows the browser language. To force a language, append &locale= to the unsubscribe tag, for example {{ pingram.unsubscribe }}&locale=fr-CA. Supported locales include en, fr, fr-CA, es, es-MX, de, pt-BR, pt-PT, and it. A locale on the link takes precedence over the browser. See the unsubscribe page.
