What channels does it support?
Pingram supports multiple notification channels including:
- Email (with built-in delivery)
- SMS & MMS (managed A2P 10DLC)

Do I need SendGrid, Twilio, or other third-party services?
No, Pingram eliminates the need for all third-parties for notifications, including SendGrid, Twilio, Knock, and more.

Does Pingram support Quebec Law 25?
Yes, for email and SMS. Create the account in the Canada region so logs and end-user records stay in Quebec, in the Montreal area. The region is on every plan, including free. You can delete a recipient, request an export at privacy@pingram.io, and honor email unsubscribes and SMS STOP.
